If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange (if possible) as long as the product is returned to us in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging within 30 days after your delivery date. We aim to issue refunds on returns within 10 to 15 days of receipt of the item back into our returns department. Please be aware, this may take longer during busy periods.

If your item is faulty we can exchange for the exact same item where possible. In the event of the exact item not being available we will refund the item within 10 to 15 days of receipt of the product back to the returns department (unless we are in a sale period when issuing a refund may take longer).


We offer free returns to UK customers wherever possible, but certain items are not eligible. Please contact to request a return and we will advise you.

International customers are required to pay for the cost of returning items from outside the UK. Please contact for more information.
